Als Application Manager (m/w/d) bietest Du unseren Kunden die fachliche Unterstützung beim Anwenden unserer eingesetzten ERP-Software. Zudem bist Du als erster Ansprechpartner für den Kunden in der Lage, ihm bei Anpassungen im System und bei Fragen Lösungen zu bieten.

Your Tasks

  • Support für unsere E-Commerce Kunden bei Bedienung, Erweiterung und Anpassung der ERP-Software
  • Problemanalyse, Testen und Installation von Applikationen und Funktionen
  • Erstellung von Lösungsvorschlägen in Form von Spezifikationen für neue Anforderungen

What you should bring

  • Abgeschlossene IT-Ausbildung sowie einschlägige Berufserfahrung in einem vergleichbaren Aufgabenumfeld
  • Erfahrung im IT-Produkt-Support (B2C-Lösungen) und im E-Commerce-Bereich
  • Technisches Wissen für den Support einer Lösung auf Windows-Basis (Client/Server) mit .NET-Komponenten
  • Wünschenswert sind Erfahrungen mit der Progress-Datenbank
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse
