We have been an Atlassian Solution Partner since 2013 and with our team, which is based at our mgm locations in Bamberg, Berlin, Leipzig, Munich and Nuremberg, we work on projects as part of the solution partnership. In addition, we offer the possibility to implement challenging projects in our core industries Commerce, Insurance and Public Sector.

By gathering requirements, we find out how the systems can optimally support the customer. In doing so, we work closely with the client to precisely formulate the right requirements and prepare them for implementation. On this basis, we provide the perfectly configured systems for the customer.

Your Tasks

  • Installation von Atlassian Software
  • Betreuung der internen Atlassian Systeme im Hinblick auf einen reibungslosen Betrieb
  • Durchführung von Systemupdates und Erbringung von technischem Support für Atlassian-Tools für unsere Kunden
  • Unterstützung im Hinblick auf Automatisierungen/Optimierungen des Setups der Atlassian-Systeme

What you should bring

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Fachinformatiker bzw. abgeschlossenes technisches Studium, und/oder entsprechende Berufserfahrung
  • Gutes IT-Grundverständnis zu Netzwerktopologien, Datenbanken und Client-Server-Systemen
  • Erfahrung im Bereich Betrieb und Support von Web-Applikationen
  • Wünschenswert sind Kenntnisse in Webserver (Tomcat, Apache oder nginx), Unix und Docker
  • Von Vorteil sind Kenntnisse in Jira und Confluence bzw. eine Atlassian-Zertifizierung, alternativ ermöglichen wir Dir, mit unserer Hilfe, eine Zertifizierung zu absolvieren
  • Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
