Your Tasks

  • Office Management
  • Abwicklung des Travel Managements
  • Eventorganisation (z.B. Sommerfest, Weihnachtsfeier)
  • Bearbeitung des Postein- und Postausgangs inkl. buchhalterischer Vorbereitungen
  • Telefonzentrale sowie allgemeine Assistenzaufgaben
  • Kassenführung

What you should bring

  • Eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung oder ein Studium
  • Idealerweise Berufserfahrung am Empfang / im Assistenzbereich
  • Ausgeprägtes Verantwortungsbewusstsein und ein hohes Maß an Engagement
  • Versiert im Umgang mit den gängigen MS Office Programmen
  • Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit
  • Hohe Serviceorientierung sowie Genauigkeit und Sorgfalt
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
