Die IT Administration kümmert sich um die gesamte Infrastruktur des Unternehmens. Mit Hilfe eines Ticketsystems (Jira ServiceDesk) werden sämtliche Aufgaben der IT Administration durch die unterschiedlichen Support-Level gesteuert. Aufgrund der zahlreichen Themen in unserem Softwarehaus kommst Du mit vielen interessanten Aufgaben in Berührung und hast jederzeit die Möglichkeit dazuzulernen und Dich weiterzuentwickeln.
Your Tasks
- Interner User Support per Ticketsystem und Telefon (1st und 2nd Level, DE / EN)
- Beratung, Bearbeitung und Lösung von Software- und Hardwareproblemen (z.B. MS Windows, MS Office, macOS, Telefonie, Drucker, Videokonferenzanlagen)
- Dokumentation zu technischen Problemen im Ticketsystem und internem Wiki (DE / EN)
- Installation und Konfiguration von PC-Arbeitsplätzen sowie Softwareprodukten
What you should bring
- 2-3 Jahre Berufserfahrung im IT Helpdesk
- Analytisches Denken und selbständiges Arbeiten
- Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit und eine hohe Dienstleistungsorientierung
- Teamfähigkeit
- Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
