Die IT Administration kümmert sich um die gesamte Infrastruktur des Unternehmens. Mit Hilfe eines Ticketsystems (Jira ServiceDesk) werden sämtliche Aufgaben der IT Administration durch die unterschiedlichen Support-Level gesteuert. Aufgrund der zahlreichen Themen in unserem Softwarehaus kommst Du mit vielen interessanten Aufgaben in Berührung und hast jederzeit die Möglichkeit dazuzulernen und Dich weiterzuentwickeln.
Your Tasks
- Planung, Steuerung und Durchführung von Changes in der bestehenden Netzwerk-Infrastruktur
- 3rd Level Support (Inhouse DE/EN)
- Fehleranalyse und Troubleshooting im Netzwerkbereich
- Analyse des Datenverkehrs zur Fehlersuche im Client- und Server-Umfeld
- Erweiterung der Automatisierung von Netzwerkverwaltungsaufgaben
- Kontinuierliche Verbesserung der internen Netzwerksicherheit
- Erstellen und Pflege von Dokumentationen
What you should bring
- Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung zum Fachinformatiker Systemintegration oder vergleichbar
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Netzwerkadministration
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Cisco iOS, Cisco Nexus NX-OS
- Fundierte Kenntnisse in Routing-Protokollen wie TCP/IP, OSPF, BGP
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse in VLAN Routing und Firewall Konfiguration (Cisco ASA, FirePower)
- Erfahrung in der Einführung des IPv6-Protokolls
- Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
