Die IT Administration kümmert sich um die gesamte Infrastruktur des Unternehmens. Mit Hilfe eines Ticketsystems (Jira ServiceDesk) werden sämtliche Aufgaben der IT Administration durch die unterschiedlichen Support-Level gesteuert. Unsere Themen reichen von der Installation der Clientsysteme über die technische Betreuung unserer Standorte und deren Anbindung bis hin zur Unterstützung unserer Projekt-teams bei ihren Tätigkeiten und Go Lives. Aufgrund der zahlreichen Themen in unserem Softwarehaus kommst Du mit vielen interessanten Aufgaben in Berührung und hast jederzeit die Möglichkeit dazuzulernen (z.B. aktive Weiterentwicklung von Security-Themen für die interne Sicherheit der mgm-Infrastruktur) und Dich weiterzuentwickeln.

• Unterstützung der Projekte im Linuxbereich (2nd und 3rd Level Support per Ticketsystem (Inhouse DE/EN))
• Weiterentwicklung und Monitoring der bestehenden Linuxumgebung
• Aufbau, Erweiterung und Pflege einer Automatisierungslösung auf Basis von Ansible
• Betreuung des Data Protection Systems
• Kontinuierliche Verbesserung der internen Systemsicherheit

• Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung zum Fachinformatiker Systemintegration oder vergleichbar
• Mind. 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Administration von Linux-Serverumgebungen
• Fundierte Kenntnisse der gängigen Linux-Distributionen (insbesondere Oracle Linux, Ubuntu)
• Gute Kenntnisse in Bash und Ansible
• Grundlegende Kenntnisse im Netzwerkbereich
• Erfahrung mit KVM-Virtualisierung wünschenswert
• Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
