Your Tasks

  • Erster Ansprechpartner für administrative Personalarbeit entlang des kompletten Mitarbeiter Life Cycles für einen definierten Betreuungsbereich
    • On- und Offboarding
    • Organisation und Durchführung von Welcome Days
    • Erstellung und Verwaltung unterschiedlicher Verträge
    • Vor- und Nachbereitung von Mitarbeiterjahresgesprächen
    • Bescheinigungswesen
    • Bearbeitung von Personalakten
  • Pflege von HR Systemen zur Unterstützung des Stammdatenmanagements
  • Organisation und Durchführung von HR Projekten

What you should bring

  • Eine Ausbildung zur Personalfachkraft oder ein abgeschlossenes Studium mit Schwerpunkt Personal
  • Berufserfahrung im administrativen Personalbereich
  • Grundkenntnisse im Arbeits- und Sozialversicherungsrecht
  • Sehr sicherer Umgang mit Microsoft Office
  • Sorgfältige, selbständige und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
  • Freude am Umgang mit Menschen sowie hohe Serviceorientierung
  • Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
