At mgm, we have been developing complex enterprise software solutions for over two decades and rely on model-driven software development with low code platform A12. Our more than 1.000 colleagues at 19 international locations are united by a passion for digitization. Our projects are wide-ranging:

  • In the Public Sector we develop, among other things, the largest, digital platform for the interaction of millions of citizens and the tax administration. Our solutions add real value in driving the digitization of public processes and supporting public authorities in implementing the Online Access Act (OZG) in Germany.
  • For us, retail does not only consist of international online stores, but also includes complex solutions for goods flow, logistics, digital marketplaces and e-food.
  • Industrial insurers and brokers are able to digitize their product portfolios and conduct business online with partners and customers and build their own platforms thanks to our solutions.

Designer User Interface/User Experience UI/UX (m/w/d)

Als UI/UX Designer:in wirst Du im interdisziplinären Team Projekte für unsere Kunden aus den Bereichen Commerce und Public Sector umsetzen. Du bekommst schnell die Möglichkeit, eigenständig UI/UX Themen zu übernehmen. Und Du kannst von Leipzig oder München-Süd aus arbeiten.

Your Tasks

  • Entwicklung von nutzerzentrierten UI/UX Lösungen auf Basis von Kundenbedürfnissen, Business-Anforderungen, User Tests und eigenen Erfahrungen
  • Erstellung von Informationsarchitekturen, Use Cases, Wireframes, Prototypen und User Flows
  • Endgerätübergreifende Konzeption von User Interfaces
  • Spezifikation von barrierefreien Anwendungen
  • Interaktionsdesign und Gestaltung von einfachen bis komplexen B2C- und B2B-Webanwendungen
  • Weiterentwicklung bestehender Designsystemen
  • Designcheck von Umsetzungen
  • Teamarbeit mit Entwickler:innen, Analyst:innen und UI/UX Designer:innen

What you should bring

  • Studium oder Ausbildung im Bereich Interfacedesign, Informationsdesign, Kommunikationsdesign, Kommunikationswissenschaften o.ä.
  • Praktische Erfahrungen in der Gestaltung von Benutzeroberflächen für verschiedene Plattformen als UI Designer:in oder UX Designer:in
  • Anwendung von Design Thinking Methoden und UX Methoden
  • Routinierter Umgang mit der Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign…) sowie Grundlagenwissen in Internettechnologien wie z.B. HTML5, CSS
  • Spaß an Projektarbeit im Team, Kreativität und ein gutes Gespür für Design
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse
