User Experience / User Interface UX / UI Designer (m/w/d)

Als UX/UI Designer:in wirst Du im interdisziplinären Team Projekte für unsere Kunden aus den Bereichen Retail und Public Sector umsetzen. Du bekommst schnell die Möglichkeit, eigenständig UX/UI Themen zu übernehmen. Und Du kannst von Leipzig oder München-Süd aus arbeiten.

Location: Leipzig, Munich South

Working Time: Full-time

Your Tasks

  • Du entwickelst nutzerzentrierte UX/UI Lösungen auf Basis von Kundenbedürfnissen, Business-Anforderungen, User Tests und eigenen Erfahrungen
  • Du wendest Design Thinking und UX Methoden an
  • Du erstellst Informationsarchitekturen, Use Cases, Wireframes, Prototypen und User Flows
  • Du bist verantwortlich für das Interaktionsdesign und die Gestaltung von einfachen bis komplexen B2C- und B2B-Webanwendungen
  • Du konzipierst endgerätübergreifende User Interfaces
  • Du entwickelst bestehende Designsysteme weiter und nimmst den Designcheck von Umsetzungen vor
  • Du arbeitest im Team mit Entwickler:innen, Analyst:innen und UX/UI Designer:innen
  • Du unterstützt bei der Spezifikation von barrierefreien Anwendungen

What you should bring

  • Du hast ein Studium oder eine Ausbildung im Bereich Mensch Maschine Interaktion, Interfacedesign, Informationsdesign, Kommunikationsdesign, Kommunikationswissenschaften o.ä.
  • Du bringst eine Berufserfahrung von mindestens drei Jahren in der Gestaltung von Benutzeroberflächen für verschiedene Plattformen als UX Designer:in oder UI Designer:in mit
  • Du verfügst über einen routinierten Umgang mit Figma und der Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign…) sowie Grundlagenwissen in Internettechnologien wie z.B. HTML5, CSS
  • Du hast Spaß an Projektarbeit im Team, Kreativität und ein gutes Gespür für Design
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse runden Dein Profil ab
