Die Business Analyse ist ein essenzieller und integraler Bestandteil des Softwareentwicklungsprozesses. Diskussionen mit Fachleuten beim Kunden sowie die visuelle Aufbereitung komplexer Zusammenhänge und der Aufbau von Branchenexpertise sind hier zentraler Bestandteil. Der Weg dahin ist spannend und erfordert neben hoher Analysefähigkeit, komplexem Denken auch Ausdauer und Beharrlichkeit, um eine schnelle Umsetzung der Ergebnisse zu erreichen.

Your Tasks
- Identifikation, Dokumentation und Priorisierung von Geschäftsanforderungen
- Erstellung von klaren und präzisen Dokumenten wie User Stories, Use Cases, Lastenheften und Pflichtenheften
- Regelmäßige Kommunikation mit dem Kunden über den Projektfortschritt, mögliche Risiken und Entscheidungen
- Abstimmung und Verhandlung der Anforderungen mit den verschiedenen Stakeholdern des Kunden und dem internen Projektteam
- Erarbeitung von groben Schätzungen für den Aufwand zur Realisierung der Lösung, oft in enger Zusammenarbeit mit den technischen Teams
What you should bring
- Du hast ein sehr gut abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich (Wirtschafts-)Informatik, oder Naturwissenschaften
- Du zeigst Verständnis für IT-Systeme, Architekturen und KI-Lösungen
- Du bringst Erfahrung in der nahtlosen Verknüpfung von Inhalten zwischen Jira und Confluence mit, um eine transparente und nachvollziehbare Dokumentation sicherzustellen.
- Du hast Spaß daran, komplexe Geschäftsprozesse zu analysieren, modellieren und optimieren
- Du verfügst über Erfahrungen mit Datenanalyse-Tools (z.B. SQL, BI-Tools) und der Modellierung von Datenstrukturen
- Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse runden dein Profil ab
