We have been an Atlassian Solution Partner since 2013 and with our team, which is based at our mgm locations in Bamberg, Berlin, Leipzig, Munich and Nuremberg, we work on projects as part of the solution partnership. In addition, we offer the possibility to implement challenging projects in our core industries Commerce, Insurance and Public Sector.

By gathering requirements, we find out how the systems can optimally support the customer. In doing so, we work closely with the client to precisely formulate the right requirements and prepare them for implementation. On this basis, we provide the perfectly configured systems for the customer.

Your Tasks

  • Analyse der Kundenanforderung und Unterstützung des mgm Atlassian Teams bei der Umsetzung von Lösungen
  • Analyse der geplanten Einsatzszenarien und Beratung bei der Wahl der richtigen Atlassian Tools bzw. Atlassian Apps
  • Konfiguration der Atlassian Tools auf Basis der Kundenanforderungen

What you should bring

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium in (Wirtschafts-)Informatik, BWL o.Ä. bzw. eine vergleichbare Ausbildung
  • Erste Erfahrungen in der Beratung von IT-Produkten ist wünschenswert, aber kein Muss
  • Technisches Verständnis sowie ein ausgeprägter Servicegedanke
  • Interesse an einer Atlassian Zertifizierung zum „Jira Administrator“
  • Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
