Die IT Administration kümmert sich um die gesamte Infrastruktur des Unternehmens. Mit Hilfe eines Ticketsystems (Jira ServiceDesk) werden sämtliche Aufgaben der IT Administration durch die unterschiedlichen Support-Level gesteuert. Aufgrund der zahlreichen Themen in unserem Softwarehaus kommst Du mit vielen interessanten Aufgaben in Berührung und hast jederzeit die Möglichkeit dazuzulernen und Dich weiterzuentwickeln.

Your Tasks

  • Interner User Support per Ticketsystem und Telefon (1st und 2nd Level, DE / EN)
  • Beratung, Bearbeitung und Lösung von Software- und Hardwareproblemen (z.B. MS Windows, MS Office, Telefonie, Drucker, Videokonferenzanlagen)
  • Dokumentation zu technischen Problemen im Ticketsystem und internem Wiki (DE / EN)
  • Installation und Konfiguration von PC-Arbeitsplätzen sowie Softwareprodukten

What you should bring

  • 2-3 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Einrichtung / Wartung von MS Windows (Client / Server)
  • Idealerweise Erfahrung im Linux- und / oder OSX-Umfeld (Client / Server)
  • Analytisches Denken und selbständiges Arbeiten
  • Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit und eine hohe Dienstleistungsorientierung
  • Teamfähigkeit
  • Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
