Your Tasks

Im Projekt

  • Projektcontrolling und Reporting
  • Vorbereitende Projektabrechnung
  • On- und Offboarding von Mitarbeitern
  • Aufbau des Wissensmanagements
  • Managen der Projektdokumentation
  • Aufbau und Pflege der Teamstruktur/Organigramm

Im Querschnittsteam

  • Aufbau- und Standardisierung der Methoden und Verfahren für alle Projekte
  • Prozessoptimierung und aktive Gestaltung der internen Prozesse
  • Schnittstelle zu anderen Querschnittteams

What you should bring

  • Eine abgeschlossene kaufm. Ausbildung oder Studium
  • Sehr gute Microsoft Office-Kenntnisse - insbesondere Excel
  • Erfahrung mit Project Management Tools (Confluence und JIRA) von Vorteil
  • Sorgfältige, genaue und strukturierte Arbeitsweise sowie hohe Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit
  • Sehr gutes Prozessverständnis
  • Organisationstalent
  • Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
