Your Tasks

Als Werkstudent:in bist Du ein echter Allrounder und unterstützt unser 7-köpfiges Marketing-Team tatkräftig bei:

  • Interner und externer Kommunikation – z.B. Mitarbeit an Content für unseren internen mgm-Blog, unsere Websites oder Social Media Kanäle
  • Der Pflege und Organisation von Events – intern wie extern, vor Ort oder digital
  • Der Umsetzung von B2 Marketing- und LeadGen-Kampagnen - offline oder online (SEO, SEA)
  • Der Pflege und Überarbeitung von Marketingmaterialien, z.B. Präsentationen, Flyer, Templates
  • Administrativen Aufgaben – wie Bestellungen von Werbematerialien, Drucksachen oder Giveaways
  • Ad-hoc-Projekten – bei denen Du Deine Ideen und Dein Organisationstalent einbringen kannst

What you should bring

  • Du bist eingeschriebene:r Student:in in einem medien-, kommunikations- oder wirtschaftsnahen Studiengang
  • Du hast Lust auf Kommunikation – sei es schriftlich, visuell oder im Austausch mit Kolleg:innen
  • Du arbeitest zuverlässig, eigenverantwortlich und bist ein Organisationstalent
  • Du bringst erste Erfahrungen im (Online-/Performance-)Marketing mit? Super – kein Muss, aber ein Plus!
  • Du hast gute Kenntnisse in MS Office, gerne auch Adobe oder Content-Management-Systemen. Und: Du nutzt KI Tools bereits für Deinen Uni-Alltag und möchtest sie nun auch im Job einsetzen!
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse runden Dein Profil ab
