Your Tasks
- Du übernimmst Teile der Bewerberkommunikation, koordinierst Interviews mit den Fachbereichen und sorgst für eine positive Candidate Experience
- Du arbeitest eng mit unseren Recruiter:innen zusammen und unterstützt diese (z.B. bei der Erstellung und Veröffentlichung von Stellenanzeigen)
- Du screenst Bewerbungen und prüfst die Vollständigkeit der Unterlagen
- Du übernimmst Rechercheaufgaben und unterstützt das Team bei der Evaluation und Einführung von KI -Lösungen oder Automatisierungslösungen
What you should bring
- Du bist Student:in im Bereich Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Wirtschaftspsychologie, Business Administration oder einem ähnlichen Studiengang mit dem Schwerpunkt Personal in München und Umgebung
- Du hast erste Erfahrungen durch Praktika oder Werkstudententätigkeiten
- Du besitzt Affinität für das Recruiting und aktuelle KI-Technologien
- Du bist fit im Umgang mit MS Office
- Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse runden Dein Profil ab
