DevOps / Kubernetes Platform Engineer (m/w/d)
Wir suchen Verstärkung, idealerweise jemanden mit echter DevOps-Affinität, rudimentäre Linux-Erfahrung und Interesse daran, sowohl Infrastruktur zu automatisieren als auch Kolleg:innen zu unterstützen.

Your Tasks
- Installiere, pflege und entwickle unsere Kubernetes-Infrastruktur kontinuierlich weiter
- Betreibe und erweitere zentrale Tools wie ArgoCD (GitOps), Logging/Monitoring/Alerting (Grafana, Prometheus) und Keycloak (IAM)
- Baue mit uns eine interne Developer Platform auf, die rund 60 Entwickler:innen und Analyst:innen Self-Service-Funktionen bietet
- Erstelle und pflege Confluence-Dokumentation für "Golden Path" Beispiele und zur Wissensvermittlung
- Unterstütze und trainiere Kolleg:innen in DevOps-Praktiken, Tools, Pipelines und Automatisierung
- Arbeite aktiv in einem verteilten Team (Hamburg, München, Da Nang) und sorge für eine reibungslose Zusammenarbeit
- Optimiere kontinuierlich Deployments, Security- und Entwicklungsprozesse
What you should bring
- Du hast ein sehr gut abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich (Wirtschafts-) Informatik oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung mit Berufserfahrung
- Du hast Erfahrung mit Docker, Containern und rudimentäre Linux-Kenntnisse
- Du bist sicher im Umgang mit Git, Branching, Pull Requests und einfacher Automatisierung
- Du bringst eine echte DevOps-Affinität mit und bist motiviert, neue Tools und Praktiken selbstständig zu erlernen
- Du bist vertraut mit DevOps-Tools wie ArgoCD, Jenkins oder Keycloak, Scripting und Monitoring-Stacks
- Du hast idealerweise erste Kenntnisse in Kubernetes und im Umgang mit kubectl
- Du arbeitest gerne im Team, unterstützt Kolleg:innen und teilst Wissen aktiv
- Du hast die Bereitschaft, Verantwortung für produktive Systeme zu übernehmen und Prozesse kontinuierlich zu verbessern
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse runden Dein Profil ab
