Your Tasks
- Entwickle moderne, skalierbare Architekturkonzepte im Versicherungsumfeld und entwickle sie laufend weiter
- Stelle sicher, dass Architekturprinzipien konsistent umgesetzt werden und fungiere als fachliche Verlängerung bestehender Experten
- Bewerte technische Lösungen anhand von Best Practices und gestalte Architekturen so, dass Technologien korrekt und nicht zweckentfremdet eingesetzt werden
- Arbeite eng mit technischen Teams zusammen, um klare Leitplanken zu definieren, technische Grenzen einzuhalten und qualitativ hochwertige Lösungen zu etablieren
- Kommuniziere Architekturentscheidungen überzeugend auf allen Ebenen, vom operativen Team bis hin zu Geschäftsführung und Management
- Unterstütze die Organisation aktiv bei der Modernisierung ihrer Systemlandschaft im Versicherungs-, Finanz- oder Technologieumfeld
- Treibe Entscheidungen pragmatisch voran und bringe ein starkes Hands-on-Mindset ein, das Konzeption und Umsetzung verbindet
- Baue eine vertrauensvolle Brücke zwischen Fachlichkeit, Technik, Management und externen Stakeholdern und etabliere Dich als zentrale Architekturinstanz
What you should bring
- Du hast ein sehr gut abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich (Wirtschafts-) Mathematik oder Informatik
- Du verfügst über rund 15 Jahre Erfahrung als IT-Architekt:in, Solution Architect, Enterprise Architect oder Lead Engineer
- Du bringst aktuelles, tiefgreifendes technisches Know-how mit
- Du arbeitest stark konzeptionell und gehst strukturiert, analytisch und methodisch vor
- Du kommunizierst auf allen Ebenen überzeugend und präsentierst komplexe Themen verständlich, auch gegenüber dem Management
- Du hast idealerweise Erfahrung im Versicherungs-, Finanz- und/oder Technologieumfeld
- Du kannst komplexe Sachverhalte präzise aufbereiten und für Entscheider verständlich vermitteln
- Du handelst pragmatisch, lösungsorientiert und souverän und bringst ein ausgeprägtes „Macher“-Mindset mit
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse runden Dein Profil ab
