Your Tasks
- Du konzipierst und entwickelst komplexe Enterprise-Lösungen im Bereich Conversational AI, Voicebots und Prozessautomatisierung, mit Python als Hauptsprache und JavaScript/TypeScript oder Java für Integrations- oder Frontend-Komponenten
- Du verantwortest die technische Durchführung, Architektur und Qualitätssicherung in größeren Projekten
- Du führst neue Methoden wie Agentic Coding und RAG-basierte Systeme in verschiedenen Teams ein
- Du übernimmst Schulungen und Coachings von Kolleg:innen zu modernen KI-Technologien, Sprachverarbeitung und Automatisierung
- Du arbeitest an innovativen Projekten zur Integration von Speech-Technologien (Text-to-Speech, Speech-to-Text, Whisper, LiveKit, Azure Speech Services etc.)
What you should bring
- Du hast ein sehr gut abgeschlossenes Studium der Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Mathematik oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung
- Du verfügst über mehrjährige Erfahrung in der professionellen Softwareentwicklung mit Python im Enterprise-Umfeld
- Du besitzt fundierte Kenntnisse in KI-Technologien und Sprachverarbeitung (Chatbot Frameworks, Speech APIs, Automatisierungstools)
- Du kannst Erfahrung in JavaScript/TypeScript oder Java, idealerweise in Verbindung mit API-Design, Cloud-Integration oder Frontend-Entwicklung nachweisen
- Du bringst tiefes Know-how in relevanten Libraries (z. B. LangChain, FastAPI, spaCy, Transformers, Whisper, OpenAI SDKs) mit
- Du bist routiniert in der Einführung neuer Technologien und der fachlichen Führung oder Schulung von Teams
- Fließende Deutsch- und sehr gute Englischkenntnisse runden Dein Profil ab
