Unser Trainings und Coaching-Team kümmert sich um Themen wie Weiterbildungsmanagement, Weiterentwicklung unserer eLearning-Plattform und Personalentwicklungsthemen.
Location: Hamburg, Leipzig
Working Time: Part-time
Your Tasks
- Du unterstützt bei der Koordination, Organisation und Nachbereitung von internen und externen Weiterbildungsmaßnahmen
- Du arbeitest bei der Aktualisierung und Weiterentwicklung des Trainingskatalogs mit und kümmerst Dich und die Datenpflege und Dokumentation der Weiterbildungsmaßnahmen
- Du hilfst bei der Betreuung unserer internen E-Learning-Plattform
What you should bring
- Du bist Student:in im Bereich Personalmanagement, Psychologie, BWL, Medien-, Kommunikationswissenschaft o.ä.
- Du hast bereits erste praktische Erfahrungen im Bereich der Trainingskoordination, -organisation oder im Bereich Weiterbildung
- Du bringst ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit, Sorgfalt und proaktive Hands-On-Mentalität mit
- Fließende Deutsch- und sehr gute Englischkenntnisse runden Dein Profil ab
