Your Tasks
- Die projektbezogene Abrechnung mit Verantwortlichkeit für den gesamten Prozessablauf
- Auftrags- und Zeitenerfassung
- Abstimmung mit Projektleiter:innen
- Rechnungsstellung und Gutschriftenbearbeitung / Reverse Debiting
- Ermittlung von Abgrenzungen
- Budgetkontrolle in den Projekten
- Erstellung von ad hoc-Auswertungen
- Der projektbezogene Support bei Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüssen
- Die aktive Unterstützung bei der jährlichen Wirtschaftsprüfung
- Die Verantwortung für das Vorbereiten und Erfassen von Belegen
- Die Zuständigkeit für Buchungen von Vorgängen aus dem Kreditoren-, Debitoren- und Sachkontenbereich
What you should bring
- Du bringst eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, ein betriebswirtschaftliches Studium oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation mit
- Du verfügst über Berufserfahrung in der Projektabrechnung und in der Buchhaltung
- Du hast ein ausgeprägtes Verantwortungsbewusstsein, ein hohes Maß an Engagement, Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit
- Du arbeitest gut strukturiert, denkst analytisch und hast eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe
- Du bist versiert im Umgang mit allen MS-Office-Programmen, insbesondere Excel
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift runden Dein Profil ab
